GAOSP-2-08202010-NIGHTLY is online

GAOSP-2-08202010-NIGHTLY is online.

It’s the first time i post for a nightly, because this nightly is an important one, and because public beta 3 is imminent :

Camera picture is fixed by nopy
Light Sensor is fixed (Samsung’s driver is very bad…i will improve the light map soon)
GAOSP is patched with wifi ad-hoc hack (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=754961)

Latest nightly is available here : http://code.google.com/p/gaosp/downloads/list

Bring it to the service master =)
Probably he is able to revive your killed phone. But… really he can reject your phone… (read guarantee card and think about “firmware update” xD
Try it. Anyway, you cant loose your guarantee, instead of it you can just catch your phone back “as is”. =)

I changed the launcher to Launcher pro.
The only problem that I have is ‘the Contact & Dialer’
when I tried to make a call.
I have to wait 2~3 seconds more to meet the contact & dialer window.
The other is very good.

IMHO. I don’t think it’s a important thing for this project.

By the way, I personally reject the idea of help piracy.

I live in a country (Brazil) where everything is very, VERY expensive compared to other countrys due a abusive tax policie.

I have a PS3 slim, paid to own my legal games and I’m pride to have a good collection.

Unlock PS3 will be a tragedy for PS3 community. So, I hope it’s a matter of time to Sony BAN every Hacker from PSN and it will not be a good thing to be supported by a serious project like this one.

@ Vipin – Hey, I do not have the exact solution but if you have a wireless connection, you can transwer your files to the computer for backup using an app called – Webshare lite. That version is a freeware, helps me alot. Then you can formatt your card without worries after taking backup, wifi transfer rate is also high so no lagging and all.

Or you could connecting the phone to another PC of yours, well, anyone’s.

@arz dere no sollution for this…usb storage work only linux and mac operating system..windows not support our usb in 0910 nightly..its a bed news but its a bug . dere one sollution only just off ur cell go to recovery mode nd mount sd card to pc..den window detect ur usb drive without format….its very time consuming nd also battery…another option is download virtual box nd ubunto..for more deatail go to forum..b,cas even i dnt know much about dis..
